| Description | Elkhart County Parks Department received a $900,000 grant in May 2008 for development of 2.8 miles of the Pumpkinvine Nature Trail from CR 127 to CR 33. This grant is in addition to the $250,000 announced earlier this year for trail development from CR 28 to CR 127. All together it is possible to extend the Pumpkinvine 3.4 miles from the completed section northeast of Goshen this summer and fall, if all goes according to plan |
