Table Highlight

Every table we offer has the same durability and will be the center piece of your home for years to come.

GENERAL INFORMATION

How long does it take for my furniture to be built?

We always like to say “We’re only as fast as our slowest builder.” All order lead times are based on any item with the longest lead time. You can find estimated lead times on product pages and they will also be listed in your cart, during checkout, and on your order.

What if I wanted to make custom requests?

If you would like to make a custom request for your furniture, in the checkout section you will see Order Notes right under shipping. Simply specify your custom features you’d like. An example is rather than 36 inches wide, you would rather have it 38 inches wide.

Custom requests are always subject. Each builder, and our store, has the right to deny any custom request for any reason. We try to accommodate all requests but each builder is different and not all will take on custom requests as they slow down their production.

How can I receive samples of finishes and upholstery?

You are able to order samples directly from the website. We offer a renters program where if you mail us back the stain boards you will have them credited towards your next order. You can also request for stain boards at the time of ordering and we will ship them out to free for you. You can either keep them or feel free to mail them back to us.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

What is the difference between Curbside and White Glove?

We offer two different type of delivery methods: Curbside and White Glove. There are a couple differences between the two. The first difference is how your furniture is shipped to you. Curbside delivery has the your furniture shipped to your front door. Where as White Glove will have your furniture actually set up inside your home. Price is another difference between the two. Curbside is cheaper than White Glove. Alternatively, you can pick up your furniture, free of charge of course.

What happens if my furniture comes in damaged?

If the furniture is damaged during shipping the shipping company will cover all expenses for it’s replacement or repair as well as all shipping charges involved as long as the following guidelines are followed:

  • The company is called immediately when damage to the packaging materials is present
  • The damage is documented (clearly written) on the bill of lading before signing it

When an appointment for delivery has been set please make sure and have a camera, pad of paper and pen or pencil on hand to document any damage that may be present. Be sure to photograph any and all damage to the packaging materials and furniture if its present. Make the driver wait no matter what. You have made a large investment in the table that you bought and we want to make sure that everything is undamaged and in good condition when it is delivered to you. We will charge the balance on your account. The shipping company is responsible for all items once they take possession. We will help them get your furniture rebuilt or repaired if needed.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Since most orders take time to get built this isn’t a problem. If you need to update any information please reach out to us in a timely matter and we’d be more than glad to help out.

How do I see what shipping would cost?

You can do that right from the website. Simply choose out the options for the piece you are interested in and add it to your cart. From the cart page you can use the shipping calculator to see what shipping would cost.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What are my payment options?

We offer a wide range of payment options. Initially, you only need to pay half to get your order started. We don’t require the second half until your order has shipped to your area.

How much do I need to pay to start an order?

We only require a 50% deposit to start any order. This is 50% of the full order amount (pieces, any tax, shipping, and any other additional fees).

RETURN INFORMATION

I ordered a piece and I don't like the way it looks, what do I do?

We take these scenarios on a case-by-case scenario since the reasons why someone may not like their order isn’t always the same. For example: if you do not like your furniture because you do not like the way the wood ended varying in a way you do not like, we will not accept it as a return.

What if I do not like the custom piece I had made?

This depends on the custom piece. If by custom the piece has slight modifications made to it, we can always see what we can do to help you out. However, if the piece is highly customized to the point it no longer resembles the piece it’s based off of or is a piece we do not normally make we do not accept returns on them.
