Our associates are working hard to serve you and provide a safe way to shop. We are implementing new practices to keep our associates and customers healthy. These guidelines are in compliance with CDC and MDHSS guidelines as well as store policies to help keep our family, associates, and customers safe.

Mask Requirements

Masks must be worn over nose and mouth when entering our showroom. This does not apply to children under the age of 2. We are not allowing any exceptions except for those too young to wear one or if someone is either drinking or eating. We are keeping our family’s, as well as our customer’s, health and safety as a upmost priority. If you are unable to wear a mask (EX: medically can not tolerate one) we suggest having one of our associates assist you either over the phone or via email. We understand this in an inconvenience to some but as a small family business, with members on the higher risk side, we can not allow those without a mask into our showroom at this time. We appreciate you understanding.

For customers who do not have a mask or face covering, one of our associates will provide you with one. You will be required to take the provided mask before proceeding into the store. We greatly appreciate your cooperation with this new policy as we believe requiring a mask or face covering helps to protect every person in our store.

Enhanced Cleaning

Our stores are cleaned and commonly touched areas are disinfected consistently. We provide hand sanitizer located by the entrance as well.

Social Distancing

We are practicing social distancing by limiting the number of customers shopping at one time. Please help us practice social distancing by keeping your distance when possible while in our showroom.

Adjusted Store Hours

Our new temporary showroom hours are 10AM to 6PM, Tuesday through Saturday. If you are unable to make it in during these hours feel free to reach out to us and one of our associates can assist you over the phone or via email.

Our Commitment to You

Here at Amish Direct Furniture, we are dedicated to supporting our families and communities through this critical time. As we navigate this crisis, we have already taken many actions to ensure the health of our associates, customers and their families. We are following CDC and MDHSS guidelines as well as implementing new policies and procedures as this matter at hand evolves. During this unprecedented time, that promise takes on a new meaning. We whole heartedly believe it is crucial for us to serve and support our communities, while keeping health and safety at our core focus.

Contact Us

To assist with the unprecedented high volume of calls, we encourage our customers to reach out to us via our Contact Us page as well. Please note as we work our way through each question, it may take time before we reach out with an answer. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we provide all with adequate help.
