Current Order Lead Times

As many of you know things are pretty hectic. For some it’s a good hectic but still crazy. We wanted to give everyone an update on the situation many of our builders continue to find themselves in these crazy times. Between increasing workloads, material shortages, and the such they’ve had to increase their current lead times. The following is our current lead times:

Michigan Lead Times

• Average lead time: 16 weeks ± 3 weeks.
• Quick ship¹: 5 weeks ± 2 weeks.
• Outdoor Poly Furniture²: 36 weeks ± 3 weeks.

Out-of-State Lead Times

• Average lead time: 20 weeks ± 3 weeks.
• Quick ship¹: 8 weeks ± 3 weeks.
• Outdoor Poly Furniture²: 42 weeks ± 3 weeks.

¹ Each builder’s lead time is different and while some builder’s still have a healthy stock of on hand furniture others are building as needed. Be sure to view current estimates on the piece so you are interested in so you can get a better idea on when you can expect delivery.

² Outdoor Poly furniture has been one of the hardest hit areas amongst our builders. Between the pandemic and increase shortages of material the builders find themselves between a rock and a hard place. At this moment these leads are rough estimates. Our builders have already mentioned that their lead times are “unpredictable”. For any outdoor Poly furniture “fast” we recommend stopping into our showroom and picking up a piece, but hurry as they’re going fast!

You can find current estimated lead times by clicking into a piece you’re interested in. At the top we list the builder’s current estimated lead time. We would like to stress that these are estimated lead times. Unforeseen circumstances can arise and potentially delay orders.

Trust us when we say this frustrates no one more than both us and the builders we work with. Longer lead times are fun for no one but that seems to be the times everyone finds themselves in.
