Details
The Arts and Crafts L-Desk comes with a finished back on the desk side. Top has a 5" overhang. Ebony inlays in face frame. 1 file drawer, 2 storage drawers, and 1 pencil drawer in the knee space. Return desk side standard with unfinished back. Standard as a left but can be ordered as a right. All drawers feature full extension drawer slides.

- Finished by hand using an exclusive layering technique that results in beautiful depth of color.

- Hidden pocket screws paired with mortise and tenon joints create quality not easily matched.
- Precision cut mortise and tenon joints ensure solid, durable structural integrity.
- Finished in our Standard Catalyzed Varnish. With this type of finish, your furniture is sealed in a durable coat that will last for years.
- Slots for letter and envelopes, 2 wood doors with 1 adjustable shelf in each. Glass shelf in center section with 1 puck light in top and bottom sections. 10" deep drawer in each side.

CARE OF SOLID WOOD FURNITURE
- Place your furniture away from radiators, fireplaces, and heating ducts.
- Position furniture out of direct sunlight or adjust blinds to avoid hour after hour of direct sunlight.
- Control humidity to 40%–45%. In winter use a humidifier, in summer use a dehumidifier or air conditioner.
- Avoid using nail polish remover, alcohol, and other solvents near or on furniture.
- Dust carefully with a soft cloth, following the grain pattern of the wood. Use an old T-shirt, baby diaper or cheesecloth that has been laundered to remove the sizing.
ROUTINE CLEANING AND CARE
- Dust often to remove everyday abrasive particles from wood surfaces.
- Consider cleaning with a mild non-alkaline soap and water. Use the suds in a damp sponge or cloth, but be sure to pre-test the solution on an out-of-sight section to make sure it doesn’t damage the finish. Dry immediately with a soft cloth and buff lightly, following the grain.
- Don't wax or use any polish that contains any silicones! Catalyzed heat and moisture resistant finishes don’t need additional polish, but if you want to use a polish we recommend Parker & Bailey's Furniture Cleaner.

Does the desk and hutch come assembled? If not, does your delivery person assemble them?

The desk will come separate from the hutch. The desk is split into separate pieces that need to be assembled. The hutch will be fully assembled. Our in-home delivery and set up option ensures when you receive your furniture that your order will be assembled for you.

There is an option listed called "Reverse Configuration". It is listed under the Options section. You can choose whether to keep it in the way it is shown or flip the configuration.
